Our Portable Sausage Maker – The WORS Machine is a fun, proudly South African way to make casing-free wors directly onto sosatie sticks.
Add your own mince, herbs and dry spices to create a flavour that suits you. From approximately 500g of mince, you can make around 8 to 10 wors sticks, depending on the size and thickness of each portion.

Create Your Own Flavour
Choose your preferred mince and add your own dry spices, herbs or finely chopped ingredients. You have full control over the flavour and the ingredients used.
The WORS Machine can also be used with suitable plant-based mince alternatives.
Important: Do not add liquid sauces such as tomato sauce, chutney or blatjang, as an overly wet mixture may not hold its shape correctly.
No Casings Required
The mince is formed directly around a sosatie stick, so no sausage casings are required. The prepared wors sticks can then be placed directly onto the braai.
