Our Double Pizza Oven is just the thing you need to make your very own authentic pizza. The Pizza Oven should ideally be heated evenly to a temperature of 150°C on the thermometer with the space between the heat source and the boom plate of the Pizza being at least 120mm (12cm). If you’re using our Pizza Oven on your kitchen gas hob ensure that the pizza oven is lifted 120mm (12cm) from the gas burner.
1.2mm thick 430 stainless steel with 2 thermometers. We’ve added an air vent in the middle and on the sides to give that authentic wood fired pizza taste… and to ensure that you do not have to turn the pizzas!
