Our redesigned Double Pizza Oven gives you the authentic results every time. For best performance, heat the oven evenly between 110°C and 150°C on the thermometer. Please note: the temperature on top of the oven is not the same as the baking surface.

Ensure there is enough space between the flame and the oven. The openings at the bottom, middle and sides allow heat to be evenly distributed – perfect for use over a wood fire with a smoking log.
